I will adapt therapy modalities to meet a client's preferences and brain style and draw from the following:

• Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) with my labradoodle, Sandy.

• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

• Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) - I am a full member of the EMDR Association of Australia.

• Schema Therapy.

Session fee - $230 per session.

Funding options available - private, private health, WorkCover, NDIS - self-managed and plan-managed. I am a registered WorkSafe provider.

Medicare rebates - available to clients with a valid GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan.

• Functional impact - WHODAS-2 or Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales (3rd edition).

I often use additional tools to respond to the reason for the assessment.

This price includes 1 intake session, 3 assessment sessions, 1 feedback session, the cost of test materials, and the final report.

Learning Disability Assessment Fee - $1,450

This price is for the assessment of one of the three learning differences. This includes 1 intake session, 1 assessment session, 1 feedback session, the cost of test materials, and the final report. A quote will be provided if you need assessment for more than one learning difference (e.g. dygraphia and dyslexia).

Medicare rebates - are available for the first intake session and the feedback session. They are available to all clients with a valid GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan.

A quote will be provided for a combined assessment - e.g. ADHD and Cognitive Assessment.

ADHD Assessment Fee - $1,700

This price includes 1 intake session, 2-3 assessment sessions, 1 feedback session, 1 session with a family member or friend to provide collateral information, the cost of test materials, and the final report.

Medicare rebates - are available for the first intake session and the feedback session. They are available to all clients with a valid GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Medicare for Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders - Medicare rebates are available for assessment sessions for clients under 25 years who are suspected of having a complex neurodevelopment disorder such as autism. A valid referral is required from a psychiatrist or paediatrician to access this rebate. More information.

Quotes will be provided for conducting combined assessments - e.g. autism and ADHD.
