I’m Kate Gore, a clinical psychologist driven by a commitment to understanding and supporting my clients in their mental health. I offer a warm, inclusive, and evidence-based approach, with a special passion for working alongside neurodivergent clients—including adolescents and adults—and tailoring support to each person’s goals and needs.

Currently, I am undertaking a PhD at La Trobe University, where my research centres on the mental health and lived experiences of Autistic working mothers. This academic work is deeply personal to me, not only as a researcher but also due to my own lived experience as an Autistic woman and mother. My research and clinical practice are grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that shared understanding can be healing.

Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in corporate communications for 15 years.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients.
